1. Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before the tracking link becomes active.

2. My plant or product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry about that! Please remember our strict No Return, Refund Only policy. To claim a refund for transit damage, you must send us an email or WhatsApp message within 24 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The uncut unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the damaged item inside. (Claims without this video cannot be processed).

3. Do you offer bulk orders or corporate gifting?
Yes! If you are looking to purchase our live plants, decorative stones, or other garden supplies in bulk, please email us directly with the subject line "Bulk Order Inquiry."
