At BloomTopia, we take immense pride in delivering healthy live plants, premium garden utilities, pet foods, and home accessories right to your doorstep. Because of the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we have a strict No Return, Refund Only policy to ensure the highest quality standards.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Direct Returns, Get Full Refund
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, they cannot survive the two-way transit process and will be severely damaged or die if shipped back to us. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any items.
This policy applies universally to all products sold on BloomTopia.in, including but not limited to:

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly issue a full refund if you face an issue that is our fault. You are eligible for a full refund if:

You received a completely damaged, broken, or dead plant/product.

You received the wrong product or a missing item in your package.
3. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule (Strictly Enforced)
To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is strictly required to process any refund claim. As stated on the warning sticker placed on every BloomTopia package, you must record a video while opening your parcel.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:

The video must be uncut and unedited.

The video must start by showing the sealed package from all sides, clearly displaying the shipping label and tracking details.

The video must show the actual opening of the package and clearly display the condition of the items inside.

No Video = No Refund. If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video does not meet the criteria above, we will be unable to process your refund application.
4. How to Apply for a Refund
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your package:

Send us an email at support@bloomtopia.in

Include your Order Number in the subject line or message.

Attach the clear Unboxing Video and a few clear photos of the damaged/wrong product.

Briefly describe the issue.
5. Refund Review & Processing
Once we receive your refund application and unboxing video, our team will manually review the footage.

If your claim is approved, you do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

We will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10-15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
