At BloomTopia, we are committed to delivering your live plants, garden supplies, and home accessories to you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, and packaging standards.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Products (Seeds, Fertilizers, Utility, Pet Food): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Live Plants: To ensure your plants arrive healthy, they require special prep before shipping (such as proper watering and secure wrapping). Live plant orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that we do not dispatch live plant orders on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays to prevent them from being stuck in a courier warehouse over the weekend.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery pincode.

Standard Delivery: Generally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive once dispatched, depending on your location in India.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 499.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, regional public holidays, or courier network issues.)
3. Specialized Plant Packaging
Shipping live plants requires expertise. We use specially designed, well-ventilated corrugated boxes that keep the plant upright and secure the soil in the pot. We take every precaution to ensure "The Bloom of Utopia" reaches your home vibrant and healthy.
4. Dispatch Location
All orders are meticulously quality-checked, securely packed, and dispatched directly from our primary fulfillment center in Kolkata.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Damages During Transit & The Unboxing Video
While we use premium packaging, rough handling during transit can occasionally occur.

As a reminder, we strictly require a clear, uncut unboxing video to process any claims for items that arrive damaged, broken, or dead.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the outer box looks severely crushed, please accept the package but make sure to capture the box's condition clearly in your unboxing video before opening it.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
BloomTopia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your details at checkout!
