  • Live Plant Disclaimer: Because plants are living entities, the exact size, shape, and color may vary slightly from the professional photographs on our website due to seasonal changes and natural growth.

  • Product Availability: All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Live Plant Care & Limitation of Liability

Once a live plant or perishable good is successfully delivered to you in healthy condition, the ongoing health and survival of the plant are your responsibility. We are not liable for the deterioration or death of a plant caused by improper watering, lack of sunlight, repotting shock, extreme weather exposure, or general neglect after the item has been delivered.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Refund Policy & Mandatory Unboxing Video

By purchasing from BloomTopia.in, you explicitly agree to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • No Returns: Due to the delicate nature of live plants, pet foods, and related garden supplies, we strictly do not accept returns.

  • Refund Condition: We only issue refunds for missing items, wrong items, or items that arrive dead/damaged due to transit.

  • Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damaged/incorrect product inside. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

6. Pricing and Modifications to the Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses
