BloomTopia Hybrid Mulberry (Shahtoot) Live Plant

This Hybrid Mulberry (Shahtoot) offer is a young live nursery plant for outdoor growing. Plan for its long-term root and canopy space, rather than treating the nursery plant as a permanently small ornamental.

What you receive

A young live nursery plant for growing on. Natural height, branching and foliage vary. The plant may arrive without flowers or fruit; mature-plant photographs illustrate a possible grown appearance.

Planting and care

• Keep the root zone evenly moist while the plant settles in, allowing excess water to drain away.
• Check container moisture rather than watering on a fixed calendar; pots dry at different rates with heat, wind and season.
• Allow room for future root and canopy growth. Container plants need ongoing attention to feeding, repotting and pruning.

Arrival care

Unpack promptly, check the growing medium and let the plant settle in a sheltered position before gradually moving it to the intended light conditions. Water according to moisture rather than automatically soaking an already wet root zone.

Common questions

Can I grow mulberry on a terrace?

A sunny terrace can be suitable when the container, drainage and available space support the plant as it grows. A small decorative pot is not a long-term growing setup.

When will it fruit?

Fruiting depends on the actual variety, maturity, climate and care. A nursery plant may arrive without fruit, and no fixed first-harvest date is promised.
